How was my process finding a job in Europe and receiving sponsorship

Since emigrating to Germany, I’ve received numerous inquiries from people seeking advice or simply trying to understand how I became a Data Engineer in Europe. So, I decided to write this brief article about my journey.

Motivation

First, I identified my reasons for wanting to emigrate:

• Long-standing dream: It was a long-standing dream for my wife and me.
• Opportunity to travel: We wanted the opportunity to explore new places.
• Security: We sought security for our family, and potentially our future child.
• Dual citizenship: We were interested in the possibility of dual citizenship.
• New language: We wanted to learn a new language.

Once we were convinced that emigration was what we wanted, the next step was to enhance my English language skills.
